Originally from the Chicago area and now based in Largo, I work with Coldwell Banker Realty in Belleair Bluffs. I help buyers and sellers make informed decisions across Pinellas County and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Owning and operating short-term rentals in Florida and Wisconsin has shaped how I evaluate property: beyond the purchase price, to the practical details of ownership.
My Polish heritage and fluency also connect my work across borders. Through Poland Property Connection, I help U.S.-based buyers connect with local professionals and navigate the next steps of a potential purchase.

Can you help me buy or sell a home, even if it isn’t an investment?
Yes. I work with Florida buyers and sellers on primary residences, second homes, waterfront properties and investment purchases. We start with your needs, timeline and budget.
What do you look at when evaluating a short-term rental?
I help buyers consider the property’s location, condition, operating costs and rental potential. Rental permissions need to be checked for the specific address, including local requirements and any association restrictions. Projections are estimates, not guaranteed returns.
Can you help a U.S.-based buyer purchase in Poland?
I help introduce U.S.-based buyers to local real estate professionals in Poland and coordinate the referral and communication. Local professionals handle the transaction and country-specific legal, tax and financing questions.
